Secret Gardens, Sunday, May 14th

Welcome to the 16th year of the Secret Gardens of Oxton.

This popular community event, in our delightful Wirral conservation area, has raised over £240,000 for charities since 2001, so thank you for your support. This year’s event returns to our traditional date in May by popular demand when we hope to have the village decked out with over 50 new hanging baskets.

RHS Britain in Bloom Award

Secret Gardens and the Hanging Baskets will be part of this year’s entry into the RHS’s Britain in Bloom (North West) competition in the “large village” category, following our outstanding neighbourhood award last year. Entries will be judged on the basis of Horticulture, Environmental Responsiblity, and Community Involvement.
