Oxton Management Plan
The Society's draft Conservation Area Management Plan and the commissioned Character Appraisal on which it is based can be viewed on the Planning page. The Character Appraisal and the proposals for boundary extensions to the Conservation Area will shortly be submitted to Wirral Council's Planning Committee. If adopted, there will be a period of formal public consultation on the proposed boundary extensions. The draft Management Plan is likely to reach the Planning Committee later this year.
